Weird, you're the first report we've had on it. Hold tight, we'll look into this now.

Ugh. It appears we triggered a problem last night in some records when moving http://tenderapp.com over to the new server setup, which is partially shared with our Lighthouse configuration at http://engineyard.com
We're working to resolve this now. You can follow http://lhstatus.com or http://twiter.com/lhstats for live updates on Lighthouse announcements.

Email service was restored late this afternoon. I forgot to update our status blog that it had been repaired. Sorry about that. Anyways, if you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

We checked on multiple accounts last night and the email system was processing incoming emails just fine. I'll double check the system now and get back to you shortly.

incoming emails are processing to Lighthouse as expected at the moment. I don't think there is any backup in the queue. My last two tests processed almost instantly into new tickets on different accounts.
Are you receiving an error/permissions issue or nothing is happening at all?
