<p>What are you using for mobile? I was unable to reproduce the
behavior using my iPhone. It didn't remember the link I had clicked
through on when I wasn't logged in, and that definitely can be
improved, but the ticket link in emails took me right to the ticket
each time once I was logged in.</p>
<p>Also for the desktop icon behavior, can you share the URL you
used to create the link? I used <a href=
"http://lighthouseapp.com/dashboard#/projects/62014-sample-private/overview">
http://lighthouseapp.com/dashboard#/projects/62014-sample-private/o...</a>
for example and through Safari was able to "Add to Homescreen" and
access the link and navigate without issue.</p>
<p>If you can share specific URLs, platforms, details on the steps
you're taking, it will help us recreate the issue and be in a
better place to figure out a fix.</p>

(connected to gmail) and google's gmail native app. See both
screenshots.</p>
<p>When clicking the link, even if logged in, I get a project list,
not the ticket.</p>
<p>The direct load of Lighthouse in Safari issue seems to have
resolved itself - historically when activating a project / ticket,
