No tickets visible at all

I downloaded a trial..and tried to set up a project.
I can add tickets..and I see them in the lighthouse web, but they are not visible at all in the mac client.
Can you help?

    Kristian,

    Are you referring to Lighthouse Keeper? That's a third party application not supported by ENTP.

    Double checking your tokens and make sure they follow Lighthouse Keeper's instructions.
