<p>We don't support opening links in new tabs as default. You can
open links in a new window by apple/command+clicking the link. We
consider this a usability no-no.</p>

<p>Sure, the thinking is you shouldn't impose this behavior upon
any user. A browser is the user's property. If a user wants to open
all links in tabs or in new windows, then let the user do exactly
that.</p>
