Open ticket counts are wrong
The count of open tickets –both in the overview to the right, and under specific milestones– are wrong. they are not updating. after I have resolved all tickets under a milestone, it still says there are xx open tickets. And the total number of open tickets shown for the projects in the right sidebar also does not update. It's not a major problem.. but I can see a lot of users has been mentioning this problem for some months now... you say it's a cache issue?

Looks like our account updates are backed up. We'll get those servers kicked and everything should catch up. Sorry for the inconvenience.
