Unable to review Rails Issues
I have submitted support tickets in the past for the Rails project, and there is at least 1 that I'm trying to view for a possible bug fix; however, each time I login and try to get to the issue I receive the message "Oops!: This is not a public project'
How can I get back to viewing/submitting issues?

Hi Eric,
The Rails team has set their Lighthouse to private. They are currently using Github Issues for their project:

How do we get access to the legacy issue reports since there are only 125
open and 125 closed on GitHub?

Unfortunately I cannot give you access to those items (this is general Lighthouse support, and we do not modify/edit anything on our customers' sites). You should contact someone on the Rails team about your issue.
