Shared Ticket bin counter cache issue
Hi
We have a couple of shared ticket bins with searches like:
responsible:me state:open milestone:v1.0
and they are shared between the 3 developers on our account, the only problem is that the counter for the number of tickets in that bin in the sidebar gets stuck at the person who last created or deleted a new shared ticket bin. I guess its just that the caching is slightly too aggressive on the ticket bin counter.
The quick fix for us was to stop using shared bins and each create our own bins but it would be nice to have shared bins that can use "responsible:me" in the search.

Yeah,
responsible:mein a shared bin caches other members of your team, basically breaking it for others who wish to view/use it. We were actually talking about a solution not long ago, but it's a fairly complex fix I believe. I'll file a ticket so we can bump that up on the to-be-polished list. Thanks for the input.
