How do I export tickets to a Comma delimted file for backup purposes

   Steve -

   At the project level ticket view you'll see a CSV icon on the right hand corner (just below search), click this and you'll be able to export your ticket information. It will just be the name of the ticket and other details (not content and all comments). If you need that we have a JSON export available for the entire account available at youraccount.lighthouseapp.com/export.

   Is the JSON export on a per project basis or does it wrap everything up into a single file?
