Some users missing from “XXXX’s tickets” filter presets on Tickets dropdown
I’m wondering who only two out of my four users show up in my project’s Tickets dropdown menu (to filter by ticket owner)? I guess it doesn’t make sense for every user to appear here (e.g. if you had a lot of users) but I can’t find where you customize which users show up here. Can anyone point my in the right direction?

Tom -
You should be seeing Tom, Nikki, Ari and Alice in your "Who's Responsible" dropdown. Is this not what you are seeing? These are all members of your project/account. Are you expecting to see other users?

Hi Nicole,
The "Who's Responsible” dropdown is fine. The dropdown I’m wondering about is the “Tickets” dropdown with the filter presets. I’ve attached a screenshot. I only see alice.. and tom... at the bottom of that menu and was just wondering how I could get all four users showing up there.

Looks like a minor bug, it will only show those who have full account access at this time. I've made a development ticket and we'll update this discussion when we have a fix in place.
