Removing a collaborator

I removed a collaborator from my project and tried to add another but am told that I am still at my limit of two collaborators for my free account. What do I need to do to replace one collaborator with another?

    You should show 1 of 2 members being used now. Sorry for the confusion. It just needed me to kick it ;).
