Question about free plan
It is not clear about the limitations of free plan from your
page:https://savvas.lighthouseapp.com/plans
In this page I see: active projects 1, and further down I see this
statement: All plans allow you to create unlimited Open Source
projects. The free plan doesn't allow you to archive projects.
Could you please clarify if how many projects can I create with the
free plan?
Thanks

Hello,
The free plan is 1 active project, 2 members, and 100mb of storage space.
We provide free projects on Lighthouse to open source projects. If you have an OSS project you are working on, provide us with a link to a repository or a download with the Open Source licensing.
Let us know if you have further questions.
Thanks,
Brandi

If you are on a Free plan you may have one active project, public (any user profile can make a ticket/issue and comment) or private (only the two members of your account can make tickets/report issues and comment).
OSS means your project is being used for Open Source Software project and we don't count those projects against your limit. They act like a public project in that any user profile can make a ticket/issue and comment.
Hope that clears things up for you. Let us know if not.
Thanks,
Nicole
