I am trying to test using this wonderful program, everything seems working great only the export function. As the exported csv file doen't support Chinese language, if this issue could be fixed will excellent.

Are you able to open the csv export in an text editor? Let us know and we'll continue to troubleshoot.

    Thanks,

Yes, I can open the csv file through MS Excel, but the Chinese character is not recognized, the English letters are good. Thanks for you support!

If you open the file in a text editor are the Chinese characters visible? If the characters are there in the text editor you'll need to search the Excel forums for the answer since the problem isn't with the export but how Excel is reading it.

    Let us know.

    Thanks,
    Nicole
