Creating Ticket Bins
I am a regular user of LH, not an admin, can I as a regular user create my own custom ticket bins?

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

No, if you aren't a member of the account/project you won't be able to create a custom ticket bin (saved search).
