Pivotal Tracker Integration - attachments, tags

I had almost been sold on the integration until further testing revealed that once inside Pivotal Tracker there is no reference of applied tags or attachments. If this is an issue tracker then how come these two vital elements for determining issues aren't included?

   Maybe I'm misunderstanding what your saying here, but if Pivotal Tracker doesn't reference tags and attachments you'd need to talk to their team about that functionality. What Pivotal Tracker allows information wise to update their system from Lighthouse is determined by their end of things.

   Let me know if I'm not understanding the workflow you're expecting to see.

   There is attachment functionality on pivotal tracker, although not tags - so what you are telling me is that through their API you can only update 2 fields?

   Are you wanting to see tags and attachments you update Pivotal Tracker stories with (on their app) show up on a Lighthouse ticket or flip that? I'm confused you are making the original upload/change.

   Yes I would like to see tags/attachments included when Lighthouse creates a PT story. I understand there is not really any place to put tags, so can live without, but attachments would be ideal as there is already this functionality in a PT story. As we would consider using the tool for bug reporting it would be vital.

   Is this though a problem with PT API?

   Yes, it's not a problem, just not something they pull from our API. You'll need to check with them to see whether this is something they can or are willing to add.
