Set Priority for Tickets via UI....
I do not see the ability to set priority for a ticket via the UI. I was also wondering what flexibility there was to be able to add additional fields such as "Category" or "Build Number".
I really like your interface, but need some more customization if we are to use it. Thanks.

I believe the idea here is to create your own ticket state. More info on editing ticket states can be found here:

Rob,
No the idea is not ticket states at all. The idea is priority. I wanted to see if there was already this capability. If not, I would want the ability to add a new field called Priority where I could have options such as Critical, High, Medium, and Low.
Thanks!

Chris:
btw - I don't work for entp. I just happen to solve that same problem.
See the help file I linked - all you need to do just edit the default open states and add your own (ex, "High", "Med", "Low").
Make sense?

Rob,
Thanks for the help, but I didn't want to use open states as that's a different paradigm than priority. I understand trying to use the existing field, but I feel that's very hacky.

Chris -
You can't add customized fields. Priority state is available as an additional field for Bronze plans and higher. You would enable it on your account settings page.
Let me know if this doesn't answer your question.
Thanks,
Nicole
