My picture/avatar keeps resetting back to anonymous

Hello,

I've set my picture multiple times .. with PNG and JPG images but every-time it keeps reseting back to the black anonymous one .. with the link to remove current picture ..

when I browse for the file and select it again it appears correctly but with next refresh it resets back ..

   This is a known issue and we have a fix for it in our next deploy. I've added you to the development ticket and we'll update this discussion when we have more information to share.

   Still an issue for every member of my project. Avatars appear randomly on page load, working correctly maybe 5% of the time. Any update?
