How do you remove project members
I have hit the limit of 15 members on my account and would like to add others. I do not really need to upgrade my account as I have members that do not use LH. How do I remove them?

Eric -
In Access & Permissions you can remove users from the account by unchecking all projects they are associated with and updating their user profile. This removes them from your account.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
Nicole

Hi Nicole,
I did remove 2 members and have a total of 13 listed. However, I still get the message:
YOUR MEMBERS
You've used 15 members of the allowed 15.
When I try to add another new member, I cannot select a project to add.
Cheers,
Eric

Eric -
Amazon EC2 went down last night and is still experiencing a number of issues with their Eastern US data center, so some performance issues are still occurring in Lighthouse. I'll update you as soon as we have more information to share.
Thanks for your patience,
Nicole
