courier font of the message textarea
Hello,
when replying to a ticket, the textarea uses the following font family: Courier, "Courier New", monospace.
However, on some Windows machines (unfortunately including mine), there is a non-scalable courier font installed which makes the text in the textarea look ugly, or dare I say unreadable. I mean, it almost makes me want to rip my eyes out when I am supposed to write something...
From http://www.upsdell.com/BrowserNews/res_fonts.htm
:
"Caution : do not list the Courier font before the Courier New
font. Windows may have a non-scalable Courier font, so listing
Courier first can result in ugly text on Windows systems. List
Courier New first."
If I use developer tools to manually remove the first definition and just leave the Courier New the font gets fixed.
Thanks,
Ondrej.

We'll dig in and make sure changing this won't have other unintended results, but definitely doable if it doesn't affect the UI for others.
Thanks,
Nicole
