Can't create an account to log in to prototype's lighthouse site

I filled out the required fields in the form to create an account at http://prototype.lighthouseapp.com/users/new?to=%2Fprojects%2F8886-prototype%2Ftickets%2Fnew

I click the submit button. It waits, and waits, and then I get a blank page. The location bar shows http://prototype.lighthouseapp.com/users?to=%2Fprojects%2F8886-prototype%2Ftickets%2Fnew

I tried logging in, but can't. I haven't gotten a confirmation e-mail. Please help. Thanks.

    Sorry about the troubles. First off, try resetting your password on https://prototype.lighthouseapp.com/login which will resend you an activation email. Let us know if that works.

    I tried to use the reset form. I entered my e-mail and clicked "Send Email". I got an error message saying "I could not find an account with the email address '[email blocked]'. Did you type it correctly?"

    Please advise. Thanks.

    I'm not seeing your email in the system. Have you tried registering again?

    Yes. I tried registering a number of times, including going to http://prototype.lighthouseapp.com/users/new directly. It just says "Waiting for prototype.lighthouseapp.com..." in the status bar, and then goes to a blank page. No confirmation e-mail. Can't log in. Apparently my registration is failing. Please advise.

    I just registered three test profiles successfully in both Firefox and Safari on multiple accounts, so I am unable to replicate your issue.

    Out of curiosity, what browser/os are you using?

    Please note that whenever we update this ticket, I get a copy of the original ticket post. Then I get an e-mail with my update. I don't get any e-mails with your update in the body. Odd behavior.
