Getting spam error
i keep getting the spam error when trying to add this problem:
Switch to turn off use of UIDPLUS extensions. I am having issues find email providers using this extension. Would like to use mailmate and the ability to disable this feature if not server identified would be great.
Any suggestions.

You can close this out. I just went back to walk through the steps. Now i am able to add a ticket without the error. Sorry for the message. Should have waited and tried later.
