Cannot add new users

I have an account that we initially added 6 users to (only 2 were allowed so I dont know how that happened in the first place). I have since removed permissions for all but one of the users, which caused them to disappear from the users list (for some reason you dont allow the deletion of users...?)

Now when I try to add a new user, I cannot because it still says I have 6 users... See screen shot. How can I remove the dummy users completely? This is really frustrating...give your clients some power!!! Please help asap!

   Did you remove the users from the projects before or after you deleted them? Just trying to track down the process and find the source of the issue.

   Users can't be deleted because user profiles are global. You create one profile and could use it across ANY Lighthouse account. You remove user's permissions if you no longer want them to be members of your account.

   Let me know about the steps you took to remove your users and how long ago you made these changes.

   Thanks for the timely response. The only thing I did was remove their project access permissions, which caused them to disappear from the list. I did this maybe about 2 hours ago. But it still says I have 6 users, when I really only have 1 in the list...

   We see the one user, but for some reason the count is not updating. Any information you can share will help us reproduce and track down the possible bug. Did you delete the projects in your account before or after you removed permissions?

   I can't tell you with 100% certainty, but I think I deleted the projects before I removed the permissions.

   I am still having the same issue today. My account says I have 6 users, but I only have one. Any updates?

   Just fixed it. You should be seeing you have 1 of 2 members for a Free plan at this time.
