“Your picture” appearing inconsistently
I've uploaded a picture a couple of times, and yet my picture URL only inconsistently returns the image I uploaded:
https://simpleform.lighthouseapp.com/avatars/0003/1394
The resource at this URL varies between the default silhouette picture and the two identical resources for the picture I uploaded, as the “Last-Modified” header for the response also varies. (For the same 1250 byte resized image, sometimes it's Last-Modified: Sun, 27 Feb 2011 02:07:05 GMT for when I uploaded it just now and sometimes it's Last-Modified: Thu, 24 Feb 2011 17:45:40 GMT for the previous time I uploaded it.)

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

This is a known issue with avatars. I've added this discussion to our existing ticket on this issue and we'll update you when we have a fix deployed.
