account has been locked
i upgraded from a free account to a personal account and paid with paypal. the paypal receipt came through, but when i returned to my lighthouse, i was redirected to the payment page and see this error:
This account has been locked. Please setup a subscription with a valid credit card or Paypal for $10/mo or downgrade.
i cleaned out my cookies and relaunched the browser, but to no avail.
can you please reactivate my account?
