can't stop app (only with taskmanager)

Hi,
I've created a jQtouch / phonegap - app which is functioning perfect. The only thing is that I can not close the app as usual by pressing my androids (samsung galaxys) backbutton. The only way to stop the app is by means of the taskmanager and stopping the process.

Did anyone experience this, any ideas about this?
