Avatar images are missing (occasionally, not always)
in my lighthouse account, cogtree.lighthouseapp.com, depending on the phase of the moon and the direction the wind blows, my avatars do not appear. Instead, I get the default avatar icon. Sometimes, however, they do appear. Seems like some sort of "out of sync CDN" problem on your end.

There is a known bug with avatars in Lighthouse. We have a pending fix in our development branch, but the update is fairly large and will take a little while longer before it is deployed.
