My attachments are > 100 MB. If I archive the project with all the attachments can I downgrade to Free and keep my account?

Hey Howard. What is the URL of the account you are trying to downgrade?

Archived projects don't count against your limits, so you're supposed to be able to downgrade. However, attachments are account wide, so if other limits are over the account level it will cause a fuss.

I'll go ahead and downgrade the account to a free level now, but you'll need to remove attachments if you plan on using it more.

Thanks Will. We starting using Pivotal Tracker and find that we use that
for our bugs too, but we dont want to lose our LH account with all of our
data. We'll probably start using LH again in the future.
