Free plan & Number of users
Hello,
I am a bit confused by the term "member", and I am not sure to well understand wether Lighthouse is appropriate to what I would like to do. I develop an app alone, and I would like to provide to my users a way to submit bug tickets.
My question is simple: does the free plan allow an unlimited number of users (mostly unknown to me) to submit tickets? Of do they need to be included as a "member" of the project? (In which case the answer is obvious).
Thanks very much in advance.
Cédric

No, the free plan allows for 1 project and 2 members. A member is someone who would be able to access Private projects in your account. You could have a Public project and allow any individual with a Lighthouse user profile to submit tickets to the project, but the content is viewable to everyone. Not sure that will work for your purposes.
Our sister app, Tender, might work better for you since each discussion can have its own level of privacy. It unfortunately doesn't have a free plan available.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Nicole

Thanks Nicole for the infos. No, actually, a Public project would be fine for my purposes. Cédric
