prioritising tickets
Hi support,
I am trying to prioritise tickets in my account by tagging them
priority:1, priority:3 etc. But cant seem to get it working. if I
search for priority:<3 for example there seem to be more tickets
listed than expected?
Can you advise how to prioritise and search please?
Thanks,
Gavin.

Gavin -
Priority:sort is available within milestones only for all accounts. Priority:state on each ticket within a project is available to Bronze plans and higher. If you are using "priority:1" as a tag you won't be able to do the search as you've indicated above. You can definitely do your own priority system within the tags, but to find all less than three you would do
tagged:"priority:1" tagged:"priority:2"in the search field.Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Nicole
