Attached images, zip files not working
I get this error message when clicking on attached images and zip files:
"500 Internal Server Error"
I thought this was fixed. Link to previous ticket:

Depending on the file size, our attachment processor and storage service takes a little time to do its thing. Typically this shouldn't be longer than 10-15 minutes with a refresh (this is heavy load, worst case conditions). If it takes longer than that definitely let us know and we can dig in and see what's happening.
