Name has been taken, but it hasn't
I am trying to create a new lighthouse project, when I try to create it, it says the name has been taken. But if I go to the url of what it says was taken, then I get sent to a page that says it doesn't exist and a form to create it.

You owned that account and it was canceled but I've reopened it and you should be able to use your existing user profile and password to login.
