The "age" column is actually the modified time, not the ticket's age
Ideally I would like to see both - the created time and the modified time since i sometimes want to sort by one or the other.
In any case, the column is mis-titled.

I've noted your suggestion for showing both created time and modified time. We could use "Time since last updated" but that gets a little bit much for a small column.
