I just changed a few peoples access rights on the access and permissions screen (added them to a project) but it seemed to delete them from the system as afterwards they no longer appeared in the access and permissions list. This is very serious.

    Edward,

We've addressed the issue. You should be able to now reinvite your users and they should restore with their previous permissions intact. Let us know if this is not the behavior you encounter.

I've re-invited the users, but I have to add them manually to all the projects again..as you have to set one project when you send the invite...not exactly returning with all the permissions and is wasting my time. Also as you say above you were aware of the issue...so why not tell your customers about it before we have to go through all this crap?

We had the same issue occurring yesterday. Later, I noticed a message to not change the permissions in Lighthouse but wasn't there when I added users to some projects. I noticed that I kept getting more than usual those prompts to stop Scripting from running because it has encountered an error. Now the users have seemed to disappear from our system (not listed under Access & Permissions nor under Who's responsible? any more). They are able to login and make comments.

    What should we do?

You were the second customer in about 10 minutes to report the problem which is when we decided it wasn't isolated and placed a notice on the site alerting our customers to the problem. When we stated it was known problem we were working on that was what we meant. You should be able to set permissions for more than one project when you invite someone. Sorry for the confusion and inconvenience.

You'll need to reinvite them to the account/projects they had before. User profiles are global so the users still exist. They were just uninvited from your account/projects when you changed permissions.

    Thanks for your patience,
    Nicole
