Billing Problem

I just got billed for an account that I canceled either last week or the week before. No, no, no! I want my money back. How do we make that happen?

    Did your account use Paypal? I noticed an issue where it'd cancel your account, but your Paypal subscription was never cancelled. I changed it earlier this week to hide the cancel button and let you know that you should cancel your Paypal subscription manually so that Paypal can take care of it.

    Can you please email ([email blocked]) the details of the transaction, as well as your lighthouse account name so I can take care of it?
