the incredible shrinking tags
I have recently started using LH to track IT projects and helpdesk stuff. The tags have been really useful, and I love the tag cloud, since it shows me what sort of issues make up most of my workload.
However, I noticed that my most frequently used tag, "security," went from the largest to the smallest font size in the cloud. This seemed to happen right after I'd added a new ticket with that tag.
Any ideas?

I see what you're talking about and I've created a ticket for us to look into what's happening there. Clearly a bug we need to track down. I'll update this ticket when we have more details to share.
