CSS problems

Hi, We have one person who seems to have some css prorblems in the right column display (see atttachment). In addition, he constantly receives a "Sorry you have stumbled upon an error" message after submitting a comment. It does fine the second time of re-entering the comments and submitting. How can these issues be resolved?

   His Name is David Placke - https://tocquigny.lighthouseapp.com/users/125800 (D Placke ([email blocked])). Is that what you mean by which user?

   He uses IE7.

   Nicole,

   The submission error is no longer a problem, so it is not as high of an issue anymore. But the css problem is still present on the user with IE7 (see attached). Thanks!
