email tickets from last night haven't appeared yet

Hi, I submitted 4 tickets through the email process last night...and they still have not appeared in the bug tracker. Are you having email issues? Can you provide an ETA when it might be caught up?

    Hey Mike, our systems are all showing green - do you have a subject line for those messages I can search for?

    Yes! One of our email servers was randomly holding onto a bunch of
    messages. We do actually track deliverability of messages across all our
    sites, but having only one of the servers down is an edge case we didn't
    monitor (this is being remedied now). Sorry about this - everything should
    come through now and shouldn't happen again. Thanks for alerting us!

    Sure, here was one sent last night at 11:04 PM EST

    "update folder status chart to include Global option"

    Also, I submitted a few more tickets this morning, and they aren't showing
    up either.

    All the delayed emails are now coming in. If you are still missing some after 1h or so, just let us know.
