Ticket email attachments are lost when creating a ticket
Hi guys,
what's the status regarding getting e-mail attachments to show up as attachments in lighthouse?

Hey Matias. Attachment processing from email and the API is not currently implemented. We have a pretty big overhaul to Lighthouse in the works, as it was a fairly inactive project for a while. We should have some announcements about what we're working on soon though.

I'm keeping my fingers cross for Q1, but there is still much to do.
