RSS feed pop-up
We keep getting a popup every half hour asking us to enter our
details to receive the RSS feed for lighthouse, how can we stop
this? We have tried entering our details to make it go away but it
doens't work, and we do not want the RSS feed.

What browser are you experiencing this in? Is this a specific feed reader app? The RSS feeds are authenticated but you shouldn't be asked to re-enter the details unless you're closing and re-opening the app.
Let us know.
Thanks,
Nicole

Hello Nicole,
It's in safari. I signed into the web authentication and it worked this
time, looks like that may have stopped it but I will have to give it a bit
longer to make sure.

Hello Nicole,
I logged into Lighthouse earlier and it has triggered the pop-up again, is
there a way of stopping this or do I just have to log in every time it does
it? This is what it says:
"To update the RSS feed
"http://wormthatturned.lighthouseapp.com/projects/62534-twtt-flexshop-traini
ng/events.atom", you need to log in to the area "Web Password" on
wormthatturned.lighthouseapp.com. Your password will be sent in clear text."

Are you quitting the application in between it asking for your password? Are there any more details about what you're doing when you get the pop-up appearing?
Thanks,
Nicole
