Hello,

I've removed all the permissions from an inactive user. His name no longer appears in the list of users, but the "You've used X members of the allowed X" did not update. As I'm at my current limit, I'm unable to add a new user.

Please advise.

You limit is 15 and you're currently at 14. Are you expecting to have less than 14 members?

Let us know and we'll continue to troubleshoot.

    Thanks,
    Nicole

I have the same problem. I had a second user (Aaron) who could not login. We tried everything and the system said his email address didn't exist even though I verified it in the settings. I tried to inactivate him so I could resend the invite email and now it says I am using 2 of 2 when I don't have a second person showing up on the account. How do I resolve this so I can invite my developer back into the project?

Crazy. Did you guys kick the gerbil wheel or something? When I removed the permissions, the name disappeared from the account list, but the user count didn't update. Should I have cleared cache or done the log out/log in dance or some other session restarting jiggery pokery?

Oh yeah... forgot... the issue seems to be resolved now. Just curious about if I should have done something differently.

No, it's a cached action so it probably cleared itself. Not sure how long it was between removing and trying to add a new person, but anything longer than 10 minutes would have been something we could have kicked for you.

    Thanks!

Interesting. Well it's a bit... irritating... that it doesn't reset immediately, but as a developer I know that chasing why it didn't happen properly for a particular user is a righteous pain in the arse. I'll try to be less in a hurry if I need to do this again.

Or less of a cheapskate and just upgrade to the next level.

Thanks for understanding and there are situations where the cache gets "stuck" and we have to kick it, so no worries about getting in touch with us. We're making some improvements for our next version deploy of Lighthouse and caching is an area we've been looking at.

    Thanks,
    Nicole
