Can't turn off open ID login

I tried to disable my openid settings and log back in with my username and password since my openid server isn't working anymore. I blanked out my openid server and saved that setting, but after logging out again and trying to log back in, my login fails because it is trying to use openid. Please fix this.

    You may need to remove cookies for *.lighthouseapp.com, but using your email and password should work now. Let me know if not.
