Unable to add comment to ticket

I tried twice to add a comment to this ticket,


When I had added the comment it displayed, but when I refreshed the ticket, my comment had vanished.

Is this a moderator queue or something? I wanted to provide additional details about my issue and was unable to.

    You were being marked as a spammer. I've fixed this and you should be able to update the ticket without issue now.
