Can't unsubscribe from SPAM-infested ticket

I've been getting emails about updates to tickets, only to find them dowsed with SPAM.
When I try to unsubscribe from updates on that ticket, it says there was an error, and for me to contact an administrator.
Does anyone know how I might get in touch with sed administrator, or how to stop getting these notifications?
