Tender and Lighthouse integration

I'm already sold on tender but I'm having trouble with the lighthouse integration. I thought that when a outside user goes to our support page and they send in a question, not only will it send it to my tender account but it would also create a ticket for my lighthouse account.

I've gone into tenders site&settings put in the api token I've created but so far I'm getting no feed back. If I create a project in lighthouse nothing happens in tender and visa versa.

I know I'm missing something.

You need to manually make lighthouse tickets yourself. Otherwise you
may as well just open up your Lighthouse to the public.

So when I go into a question by one of our users there is the option to attach a lighthouse ticket. I put in required fields but when I go into lighthouse no tickets have been created.

You can make tickets from within Tender, but you have to make them; or
    assign discussions to existing tickets.

Ok, so heres' what I'm doing step by step.
1: I go into lighthouse click on my avatar
2: go to the create an API token and choose all users

    3: in then gives my a unique key and a directory " All Projects / Lighthouse Forward / R & W"

I go over to tender and and so into site and settings
1: Put in the name "Lighthouse Forward
2 put in my sub domain.
3: put in the API key
    4: Project ID : Here's where I'm lost. I put in the directory All Projects / Lighthouse Forward / R & W
5:Tick share, active and save settings

Now when I try to create a ticket from a discussion it tells me I've gotten an invalid error

Ticket creation failed due to incorrect permissions. Make sure your Lighthouse API token is correct, and has read/write access

The only thing I can think of is the Project ID

Project ID you get from the url of your project in lighthouse
    (/projects/12345-My-Project/tickets) - the id is 12345
