Pivotal Tracker will not load Saved Search Bin
Keep getting error when trying to load saved search bin in Pivotal Tracker. Pivotal Labs says they have not changed any config settings or anything, suggested it is a problem with Lighthouse. Here is the error:
Unable to load tickets - Login Failure, perhaps your Token and/or Bin ID value is incorrect?
I get this error even with brand new API tokens and search bins.

Hey Kelly. Did it work before or you are just setting this up for the first time now? We haven't touched a line of code in Lighthouse in a while, at least not on our production server. I haven't personally set up tracker with Lighthouse, the implementation is something they built, but users have been telling us they love it.
What is the URL to your Lighthouse account? I'll double check the API toke settings and permissions and make sure everything is correct on our end.

The integration has been working flawlessly for months on all 4 pivotal accounts.

And no API Key settings were changed in tracker and or your Lighthouse?

No settings were changed that I am aware of. I even tried it with brand new API tokens and search bins.

As you can see from my comments in the Pivotal Tracker thread, I also ran into the same issues as Kelly for a time yesterday. I loaded up Pivotal tracker and got the same error as Kelly did. However, I had a browser on my other computer where Pivotal Tracker had been opened in a tab last week -- integration in that Pivotal Tracker window worked fine. Very odd.
Also, not sure if this is important or not, but at the same time as I was struggling with Pivotal Tracker's integration in the one browser window, my integration between Hoptoad/Lighthouse worked as expected. I was able to create tickets from errors without issue.
My integration issue with Pivotal/Lighthouse mysteriously resolved itself yesterday afternoon (GMT).

Actually, I just tested things again I'm getting the same error again this morning. I have Pivotal open in Chrome on Windows and I'm getting the same error as yesterday:
Unable to load tickets - Login Failure, perhaps your Token and/or Bin ID value is incorrect?
I refreshed the window and closed the Lighthouse column and it still occurs.
However, I tried the same project from my browser window on Chrome on the Mac and the Lighthouse integration works without issue there.
