Avatar disappears after a short period of time

I can upload a new avatar, and it'll appear (a few refreshes later), but some hours or days later it reverts to the default.
In settings, it still says I have an avatar set, and presents a link to remove it, but the picture is default.

   I was also slapped by this bug.

   Any update on this? It's so frustrating.

   We deployed a fix for this issue last night. Please create a new discussion with your browser and system information if you continue to have problems uploading/viewing your avatar consistently.
