open tickets
Our most frequently view for tickets is state:open, but it seems to default to showing only those assigned the currently logged in user. It's really frustrating to have to keep widening the filter every time we visit a page, is it possible to reverse this process so we can just start with the broad view, then narrow it as required?
I understand it's related to this discussion but it's such a frequent and frustrating problem that I wanted to bring it up.

Hey Wil. Are you talking about the view in the Tickets tab in Lighthouse or the first page showing the account wide timeline/search for Lighthouse? Please provide a URL so I can be sure what you are talking about and we can go into more detail.

Sorry Will yes, it's the tickets tab from when you're viewing a project. So when I'm on
https://company.lighthouseapp.com/projects/xxxx/or any of the messages / milestones tabs therein, when I click tickets it only shows those tickets which are assigned to me. I have to drop the tab down to see all open tickets.I wondered if there was an option to show all tickets when you click that, then narrow it with either the drop down or filters to the right?

You can customize the tickets tab. If you run a search for something, you can save it and set it as the default view. So let's say you want to see all tickets, you go into the project, search for all, then save it as a ticket bin

In there, you can set it as the default ticket view as well. This is a per user setting, but you can create shared bins that will show in the sidebar for a project that everyone can click on.

Just to check... I'd like to see all my open tickets site-wide, and we're also using custom statuses. The view I want is basically
state:open state:review state:new responsible:meis there a way to save that search?6 Posted by Will Duncan on 14 Sep, 2010 07:20 PM
You can't save a search for the main account level view. I suggest just running the search and bookmarking the URL.
