Can't signup

I have been evaluating lighthouse with the personal plan for about 2 months. Today I have decided to sign up for a bronze account.

The first problem was that not only I did not receive an 1 month free trial ("All paid accounts come with a 30-day free trial"), but the announced next charge of credit card happened to be somewhere in May - so actually I got -1 month free trial or what...

I have decided to delete my account to keep my subdomain name (maybe not the wisest move in retrospect) and try to subscribe to the bronze plan from scratch. Everything seemed to work nicely - unfortunately I did notice that for some reason, the email got sent to the address [email blocked] or something similar, to which I have no access of course. I am totally stuck... what now? I want my subdomain back, but that ronin guy got hold of that, and without it I have no interest in subcribing.

    Oh, you used your 30-day trial on the free plan.

    That email is the email address used for deleted user profiles. So if someone accesses a ticket you created somewhere, it shows that it was by a deleted user account, not a missing one that raises an error. Though it's not in the system at all. I'm not sure what you're referring to. Please send me the details of the account ([email blocked]) you want back and I'll set it up.
