My team is VERY frustrated by how you go to simply see what tickets you have open accross projects. The search is a pain in the ass to have to type EVERY time belong to me, open and new states, its too much. How can we set it to simply display be default tickets open and new for the user on his/her dashboard?? It's a rather obvious way this should work and honestly we pay too much for any less. Who can fix this for us?

To clarify this is what i want to be default for all my users on the dashboard:

    responsible:me state:open state:new

Right now there is no way to save a search on the account level, so it's viewing across all projects. You can customize the ticket view based on a saved search or ticket bin at the single project level.

The only way that is possible right now is to have everyone bookmark a link with those searches already in the URL. So something like http://myaccount.lighthouseapp.com/tickets?q=responsible:me+state:open+state:new&filter=

We have a number of big changes in the works, some of them include workflow fixes in the next major release of Lighthouse. They are still a little ways out though.

This in addition to the extremely small attachment limit is affecting the productivity of our team and forcing me to consider other solutions. I really love how lighthouse works other then this, will these issues change soon? WIll there be an update for this in any reasonable time frame?

I'm hoping so I'd like to stay with lighthouse but my team's needs are not fully being met. I pay $50 a month, it's a lot for a system that isn't doing exactly what we need.

What size attachments are you uploading?

your limit is 10 i read, some of our files are over 100 and now our client
is storing the files on basecamp and doing tickets here its confusing. If I
found a ticket system that handles big files as well I'd switch in a heart
    beat.

The limit in Tender Support is 10. The limit in Lighthouse is 50mb.

What kind of files are you all attaching that are upward to 100mb? We haven't had anyone ever have the need for anything that large before.

videos. we build the facebook apps for activisions titles and audi. Each
game has a widget within which are videos.

Also the clients often send psd's

We don't have larger attachments because at that size the length of
time for us to sync to our backend storagetimes out our backend job
runners. Also, we'd have to support upload resuming and things like
progress bars, which would require a rewrite of a chunk of code. We
don't have the demand for this, so I suggest you use something like
DropBox (which is a really great way of sharing files amongst a team).

Well, we'll be sorry to see you go. The beauty of a free market
economy is that you're free to take your business wherever suits you
the best. You can easily export your data and existing attachments to
JSON format from the 'settings' page.

    pretty low.
