S3 Error accessing diff file

Accessing the diff file on this ticket gives me an ugly S3 error:

I'd really like to get at that diff - any idea what's wrong?

   Hey Nathaniel. I'm still seeing the error here. Not sure there is anything we can do about it.

   I've asked him to repost - maybe he still has it and is paying attention. Would love it if you could find it on S3, though, just in case.

   I still can't access it. Clicking on it redirects me to this url, which gives me the error:

   Hey Nathaniel,

   I dug through our S3 buckets and couldn't find that file anywhere. Hopefully the user can re-submit. :( Sorry about that -- first time I've seen something go missing on S3.
