Deleting User Access

I have several User Access (logins) that are no longer active. I do not have access to these logins due to unknown password. I've tried the "forgot your password" option but did not receive the email with instructions to reset.

How do I delete these logins so I can replace them with new ones?

Thank You

    Hi Rob,

I've just sent you another password reset. Be sure to check your spam filter as they sometimes end up there.

As far as deleting/adding users, only the account owner can do that. I've included [email blocked] in the discussion. If they would like you to become the account owner, just have them send us the request in this discussion and we'll get you going right away.

Let me know if you have any questions.

    Best,
    Brandi

Make me the account owner for now. I need to delete unused users. My
    login/access is working fine.

Rich: Please reply-all to this email allowing them to make me the account
    owner.

    Thank You

    Rob
